Located in Terminal A, Newark represents Phillips ninth airport location and was opened to the public July 19, 2011. First time offerings in our airport model include a full wine menu with varietal wines by the glass and bottle. Phillips Newark features five draft beers including Phillips own Amber Ale, plus Signature Bloody Mary and Blue Crab Margarita. Features also include a traditional Phillips menu offering signature crab dishes and Maryland-style favorites. The restaurant, with numerous power outlets, accommodates travelers with technology. Hours of operation are from 5:30 a.m. through 10 p.m. seven days a week, with seating for up to 84 guests.
