Pricing Policy
Unpredictable & extreme weather conditions may affect our fresh seafood supplies. Although we make every effort to maintain our current prices, unusually large market swings may cause temporary and/or permanent price adjustments. These new prices will be posted on our website.
Delivery
When ordering any of our fresh seafood products, please be sure to arrange delivery when someone will be available to receive the package. If you are unsure that someone will be available to receive the package, we recommend sending a gift certificate that may be redeemed for any of our seafood products or in any participating Phillips Seafood Restaurants. A signature is preferred for all deliveries, however if the recipient doesn't answer the door, the delivery service will leave the package and Phillips Seafood Restaurants can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or spoiled food. *Phillips Seafood ships anywhere within the continental U.S. We do not offer delivery service to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping
To ensure freshness, we ship all fresh seafood items overnight. Every item is expertly packed and shipped in a sturdy cooler, allowing them to arrive in perfect condition. We must receive your order two business days prior to delivery. Saturday delivery is available in most, but not all areas for an additional $20.00 per delivery package. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
