Rosemary & Garlic Chicken BLT – fresh grilled chicken breast marinated in rosemary and garlic, served on a garlic seasoned ciabatta roll with applewood smoked bacon and melted provolone

Clams & Mussels Pescatore – mussels, chopped clams and fish served in a rich seafood broth with freshly chopped tomato and basil, served over linguine

Stuffed Shrimp – succulent shrimp stuffed with Shirley Phillips’ famous crab cake recipe; topped with lemon cream sauce and accompanied by chef’s vegetables and mashed potatoes

Chicken & Shrimp Skillet – grilled shrimp and chicken placed in a hot skillet and topped with fajita-style onions, peppers and cheese then baked and served over Yukon mashed potatoes
