Baltimore, MD – November 2022 – Phillips is here to help get dinner on the table in twenty minutes or less with our new line of restaurant-inspired seafood flatbreads and our craveable seafood appetizers.

New Seafood Flatbreads

Handmade with premium seafood and chef-crafted recipes, our new flatbreads are perfect as a meal for one, or as a shareable appetizer for more. Currently available in two varieties, ready in one step – just heat & serve!

Sriracha Shrimp Flatbread features a flavorful blend of spicy sriracha sauce and luscious honey for a perfect balance of savory and sweet! Each handmade flatbread is loaded with plump shrimp in a rich blend of sour cream and Parmesan, Monterey Jack and cream cheeses. Jalapeño peppers, garlic and sea salt add irresistible flavor to every bite.

Clam Oreganata Flatbread is an irresistible update on the classic Italian appetizer, beginning with tender, wild-harvested sea clams in a rich base of cream cheese and sour cream layered over a handmade flatbread. We season with oregano, garlic and parsley and add hearty portions of parmesan, Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses for authentic Italian flavor.

Flash-frozen to lock in the flavor, Phillips’ new flatbreads are individually-portioned and bake from frozen in under 20 minutes. They are made in Phillips’ production facility in Baltimore, Maryland.

NEW SEAFOOD APPETIZER

Shrimp Potstickers feature a mouthwatering mix of tender shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage and glass noodles wrapped in a crisp wheat pastry wrapper. Each bite is accented by authentic herbs and spices including coriander, ginger, sesame and garlic for irresistible, Asian-inspired flavor. Each potsticker is formed by hand with a pleated pastry wrapper and is free from artificial flavorings, colorings, sweeteners and preservatives.

Our new Shrimp Potstickers are delicious on their own as a light lunch or shareable appetizer, or try using them as part of a larger recipe to enhance your menu planning. Enjoy over a fresh salad sprinkled with sliced almonds, scallions and cilantro, then drizzle on a ginger sesame dressing. Add into a warm vegetable broth with some sauteed shiitake mushrooms, garlic and ginger to make a savory potsticker soup. Stir fry bell pepper, baby corn, sugar snap peas, mushrooms and other tender vegetables, toss in your favorite stir-fry sauce, and serve with browned potstickers over white rice.
