Our chefs have whipped up a three-course menu of classic Phillips favorites to showcase the traditional recipes that capture our region’s distinct flavor.

Appetizers

Seafood Soup – cup of Maryland Vegetable Crab, Cream of Crab, Lobster Bisque or New England Clam Chowder
Farmhouse Salad – petite greens, carrots, almonds, cucumbers, tomtaoes, onions, apple cider vinaigrette
Caesar Salad – butter & garlic croutons, parmesan & a hint of horseradish

Entrees

Hoopers Island Crab Cakes – Phillips’ original family recipe, handmade in small batches; served with chef’s vegetables & mashed potatoes
Broiled Seafood Trio – Hoopers Island crab cake, fresh catch & shrimp, served with chef’s vegetables & mashed potatoes
Lobster Mac & Cheese – buttery lobster with decadent mac & cheese
Ribeye Steak – fourteen ounces of J.W. Treuth beef; served with chef’s vegetables & mashed potatoes
Simple Fish – choose from Blackened Mahi Mahi, Seared Salmon or Broiled Rockfish, topped with your choice of Citrus Herb or Jalapeno Herb compound butter & served with chef’s vegetables & mashed potatoes

Desserts

Phillips’ Signature Warm Cinnamon Bread Pudding – white chocolate glaze & caramel sauce
Ice Cream Sandwich – chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce
Coconut Cream Smith Island Cake – layers of yellow cake & coconut icing, covered in coconut shavings
