Phillips Seafood has joined with the Oyster Recovery Partnership to bring you a menu featuring delectable oyster dishes in celebration and support of National Oyster Weekend.
Oysters clean Chesapeake Bay waters & provide habitat for other delicious species like blue crabs, rockfish & white perch. Eating oysters & recycling their shells leads to more oysters returned to the Chesapeake Bay – one reclaimed shell becomes a home for ten times as many babies!
Let’s do what Marylanders do best and support local seafood by eating and giving back to the Bay!
