Competitive eater Raina Huang will take on Phillips Seafood’s “All Things Crab Food Challenge” during a visit to their Baltimore Inner Harbor restaurant on Friday, December 17th at 1 pm.

Phillips Chefs will showcase an amazing seafood feast for Raina, a true Crustacean Celebration! As she dines through the menu, Raina will enjoy a range of crab appetizers, soups, sandwiches and entrées, including Phillips’ crispy Crab Rangoon, savory Maryland Vegetable Crab Soup, Crab Mac & Cheese Hot Dog and Ultimate Crab Burger, featuring a locally-sourced Angus beef burger stacked high with a family-recipe crab cake, applewood smoked bacon and provolone cheese.

Fresh from the steamer, Raina will tuck into sweet Snow Crab Legs plus spiced Hard Shell Blue Crabs, Maryland’s signature culinary experience. It’s time to get crackin’! And it’s all leading up to Phillips’ premium crab showstopper – the Ultimate Crab Cake, made from 100% jumbo lump crab meat (the best of the best), with just enough other ingredients to hold the meat together while cooking.
